Scott was born and raised in Lively, Ontario. He first attended Laurentian University for Kinesiology, then completed an Athletic Therapy program at Sheridan College. Jessica Thompson attended Sheridan College for an Honors Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences (Athletic Therapy) and then went on to complete her MSc (Physiotherapy). She is now a Physiotherapy Resident, Certified Athletic Therapist & First Responder. Her love and knowledge for preventative and therapeutic exercise has been her biggest strength throughout her career. Combining her knowledge of exercise with manual therapy has given her the tools to create successful, long-lasting rehabilitation programs.

Ryan Taylor was born in Parry Sound, Ontario. He attended Central Michigan University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology while being a part of the men’s track and field team.📕

Ryan is a certified personal trainer and has experience working with a variety of athletes and sports. He is currently attending the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy while acting as the strength and conditioning and assistant track and field coach for the track and field team at Laurentian University.
